side-effects on general health.
This course teaches you the methodology of treatment for different
category of stress-affected patients such as office executives,
housewives, retired persons and even children. It covers topics such
as basic principles of Ayurveda, mind—the seat of stress in
Ayurveda, role of mind and stress in disease manifestation, mental
stress and its management, and management of mental diseases. It
also introduces you to the understanding of the subtle mind and soul
and explains the Chitta (unconscious mind), intelligence, ego and
