This intensive on-campus programme teaches you how to
determine the different body types (Vata, Pitta, and
Kapha) and mind types (Sattvic, Rajasic, and
Tamasic) of people and throws light on their relation to food.
It also helps you suggest a diet-chart for your patients to pacify
the aggravation of their particular disorder-causing Dosha.
In addition to this, the training program informs you about home
remedies to fight some common diseases and disorders using
vegetables and herbs easily grown at home. You will be given
hands-on training on the Ayurvedic way of cooking, on Indian spices,
and the techniques for their storage. |
