September 24 Mind in Ayurveda: Introduction of mind and operational qualities (Sattvic-Rajasic-Tamasic ) of mind.

 

Ayurvedic Cooking: Preparation of Sattva enhancing recipes

Ayurvedic De-stress treatment.:  (Shirodhara)

Role of Mind in Disease Manifestation: Significance of mind in pathogenesis of disease.

Role of Mind in Disease Management :To learn how to balance operational qualities and balance of flow of prana.

Ayurvedic Pharmacy; Preparation of Simple Ayurvedic herbal combinations.

Navarakizhi: Special nourishing rice massage for rejuvenation of muscles and nerves.
September 26 Mental Stress and its Management : Ayurvedic prospective of stress and balance of prana, ojus and tejas.

 
Dry powder massage-an effective weight reducing treatment.(Utvartan).

Kati/griva vasti:A soothing, relaxing treatment for back /neck problems.
