According to
Ayurveda, baby care starts not just with pregnancy but three months
before conception. It includes a number of lifestyle and dietary
practices and Ayurvedic techniques that the mother undergoes in
order to give birth to a healthy, well-balanced baby—physically,
mentally, and spiritually. This intensive on-campus program will
teach you all these methods and techniques. Additionally, you will
also be given training on Ayurvedic post-natal care.
