February 24 Basics of Ayurveda :

  • What are the working principles of Ayurveda?
  • What are doshas, dhatus, malas, agnis and srotas? How do they work in the human body?

Introduction to Kaumarbhratya:

  • What are the eight branches of Ayurveda?
  • What is the scope and importance of kaumarbhratya, obstetrics and gynaecology?
  • What is the utility of kaumarbhratya?
  • Explanation of terminology related to obstetrics.
Ayurvedic Healing massage and steaming.

Netra vasti: Relaxing treatment on the eyes and surrounding tissues. Also relaxes the brain.

February 25 Anatomy and Physiology:
  • What is the meaning of stri?
  • What are the various stages of a woman’s life?
  • What, according to the modern views, is the anatomy and physiology of internal and external female reproductive organs?
  • What, according to the Ayurvedic views, is the anatomy of internal and external female reproductive organs?
Baby massage:
You may learn how to massage baby for healthy growth of body organs

  • What is Yoni vyapad and its classification?

February 27 Healthy Child: Conception and Pregnancy Care
