Ensuring high quality training delivery in the Sales/Team Building/Leadership/ Communication/ Sales/ Behavioural
Ability to deliver training programme as per the requirement
Developing need-based training modules as per the requirement
Identifying training needs and existing gaps
Preparing a training schedule and conducting trainings as per the schedule
Monitoring training effectiveness through regular feedback and performance scores
Conducting internal process audits and process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process/parameters.
Desired Candidate Profile The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and training skills, and should be able to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Maintaining and updating all reports on the computer
Assisting in local level promotion of the clinic
Supporting the clinic in charge in all clinic-related processes.
Any other responsibility designated by the Reporting Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Working knowledge of Word, Spreadsheets and Internet is a must. Must be comfortable with Gujarati, English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal skills to interact with patients and visitors. Self-motivated with good attention to detail and accuracy. Preferably should have a minimum 1 year experience in customer service / Retail industry.
