Your career journey begins with the roll of a die in the
innermost ring that represents your school. From here, you
move forward— collecting points, and drawing experience cards
and kismat cards—until you qualify to reach the next ring of
your career journey—your college. This time you need more
points as you draw cards that match college experiences. The
last ring represents your work life. Here, you collect points,
but your focus is on the 5 Life Tokens that you must get to
achieve a work-life balance.
Why We Made This Game
Games are not only for the sake of amusement. They can also
function as valuable tools for learning about life. Career
Master creates an experience that emphasises the importance of
knowing your nature if you want to be successful. Each time
you play, you receive a different combination of MIs and MNs.
This enables players to fathom the vast array of natures, and
how different situations favour or disfavour you depending
upon your personal strengths and weaknesses. It also
illustrates the connections between these natures and the
dozens of job types that match them.
It is our hope that by playing, children (and adults!) will
