How do I return products to JIVA?
You can return any item to us in its original
packaging or in its original condition to
JIVA. Just indicate the reason for your
return in a short note (if you feel like
it!), put the item and the note with the
order number into a secure package, affix
our address note (our returns address is
given below) and send it through a reliable
courier or mail it to us. Our address for
returns is as follows:

We will refund to you the entire cost of
the returned item, less shipping costs.
Please note that we will provide a refund
facility only for products bought from our
website.
How do I return defective/damaged
items and get a refund?
If you receive a damaged or defective item,
please send the defective/damaged item in
a secure packaging back to us. Attach a
short note stating the reason for return,
your order number, put the product in a
secure package and send it to us via a reliable
courier or mail. We will promptly issue
you a full refund after you have returned
the damaged or defective product, including
the shipping costs. Please note that we
will provide a refund facility only for
products bought from our website.
Within what time period do I have
to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from
our store within a period of seven days
from the receipt of the shipment.
How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item
in it, we will initiate the refund process.
Depending on the value of the item and the
payment option used to pay for the order
in the first place, we will do the refunds.
For Ayurveda Courses
Online Courses
The Jiva College of Ayurveda (JCA)
strives to maintain high levels of
educational standards. We guarantee
the quality of the courses we offer
and the safe delivery of your course
certificates. For settling genuine
complaints, JCA follows the
following refund policy:
- Fee once paid for any of the
online courses will not be
refunded.
- However, it could be adjusted
against any other offered service
provided the particular course for
which the amount has been paid for
has not been accessed by the due
date.
- No comparative claims will be
accepted on any of the online
courses once the same have been
paid for and begun to be accessed.
- Course fees are subject to
change without prior notice; and,
thus, if fee structures are being
revised during the negotiation
phase, payment will have to be
made as per the applicable new fee
structure. No refunds will be
entertained.
- All content and course matter
present on the website is the sole
property of the Jiva College of
Ayurveda and may not be copied or
reproduced completely or in part
thereof without the explicit
written consent of JCA.
- JCA user IDs and Passwords are
strictly non-transferable. In case
of any misuse of JCA copyrighted
material, access to enrolled
courses will be deactivated
without prior notice.
- Enrolled courses will be
periodically deactivated after the
completion of the normal course
tenure. This is three months from
the date of course activation in
case of Certified Courses, and one
month in the case of Basic
Courses. Exceptions will be
allowed, where candidates email
their requests for further time,
provided such requests are made
before the end of the normal
course tenure. Requests made after
this period will not be
entertained.
Residential Courses
- 100% payment for all the courses should be made in advance.
- 75% refund if cancellation is made more than 60 days in advance.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 30-60 days in advance.
- 25% refund if cancellation is made within 7-30 days in advance.
- No refund if cancellation is made in less than 7 days in advance.
