I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Jiva Ayurveda for the outstanding care and treatment provided to my mother. For quite some time, my mother had been suffering from severe acidity and persistent bloating issues. It was affecting her daily routine and health significantly, and despite trying various things, we weren't seeing the results we hoped for. That is when we decided to visit Jiva Ayurveda, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. I am happy to report that her condition has completely resolved after our treatment here. The improvement in her health has been remarkable, and she is finally feeling like herself again. A massive thank you to Dr. Priyanshi and Dr Sikander whose diagnosis and treatment plan were spot on. He took the time to understand the root cause of the issue and provided medication and advice that actually worked. His expertise and patient-centric approach gave us a lot of confidence in the process. I also want to specifically mention the front desk team, particularly Aashu and Abhay at the reception. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly welcoming. It is rare to find such supportive and good-natured staff who are willing to help with a smile. They made the administrative process smooth and hassle-free, which really adds to the overall positive experience. My father was taking medicine for his neck pain from Jiva Ayurveda. After taking the medicine for 3 months, he got a lot of relief from his neck pain. Now he can move his neck comfortably. The medicine here is very good.
