My name is Manorama. I came from Sweden 10 days ago and knew that I had to take an ayurvedic treatment, probably panchakarma. Because I had been suffering bloated stomach, dhiarea, nausea, strong fatigue and last month even brainfog for half a year already. I had taken so many tests and done so many examinations, but they couldn't find anything g wrong... But I was feeling sick, and the last month increasingly. So what was wrong I wondered? I knew though that consulting an ayurvedic doctor in India would help me, because previously I lived in India (Vraja) for many years, and I had gotten help with stomach issues before. So I came to Jiva Institute in Vrindavan, to study for some months. There they helped me set up a consultation with Dr.Sushma Upadhaya at newly opened Jivagram in Vrindavsn, the day after my arrival already. I was soo weak! She was very friendly and knowledgable and recommended me Panchakarma for 7 days, starting the same day. I got a sweet and good therapist Asha Rana, from Kedarnath. After 5 intense days with this detoxing treatment I all of a sudden felt so much better and stronger! And also more relaxed. My fatigue, nausea, dhiarea and brainfog are now gone, and I feel less bloated in my stomach. I am truly grateful! 🙏 It was defenitely worth the money and the effort. Thank you very much!
