There can be multiple reasons behind renal failure – insufficient nutrition, stress, and unhealthy lifestyle, and by doing yoga regularly you can beat stress and boost the health of your kidneys

Here are two beginner level yoga poses you can try

Naukasana (Boat Pose)

  • Lie on your back. Bring your feet together and keep your arms by your body.

  • As you exhale, lift your chest and feet off the ground. Stretch your arms towards your feet.

  • Maintain the pose while breathing deeply and easily.

  • Hold the position for a few seconds without straining yourself.

  • As you exhale, come back to the ground slowly and relax.

  • Do 3-4 repetitions, but do not overdo.
