Arjuna:

Hritpatri (Foxgloves):

Methi (Fenugreek):

In addition to being effective in managing cholesterol, fenugreek works in preventing hardening of arteries and triglyceride deposit in the arteries. Regular use of fenugreek in diet helps in absorbing triglycerides from the food.

Gudhal (Hibiscus):

Hibiscus protects the heart by managing your blood pressure at normal levels. Also, the petals of this flower is a natural diuretic which also have blood pressue lowering effect.
