Migraine is a headache disease that causes severe pain in half part of your head. This problem is 3 times higher in women compared to men. Let's know some easy but effective home remedies for migraine.

7 Ayurvedic ways to treat migraine:

  • Butter and Sugar Candy

The first treatment is butter and sugar candy- Mixing one spoon sugar candy in a teaspoon of butter and consuming it on a daily basis provides great relief in migraine pain.

  • Ginger and Jaggery Powder

The second treatment is ginger and jaggery - Mix hundred grams of jaggery in 200 gm of ginger powder and make small pills. You should take these pills every day. Take 3-4 pills every morning and evening; it will give relief in migraine pain.

  • Black Pepper and Ghee

The third treatment is black pepper and ghee. Those who have migraine pain should eat 4-5 black pepper daily in the morning and should drink two teaspoons of ghee. It gives a lot of comfort. You can drink ghee in a glass of light warm milk as well.

  • Coriander Tea

Boil the seeds of one spoon coriander for 10 minutes and accordingly mix sugar and drink it. It is beneficial in both migraine and normal headache. You can drink it like regular tea.

  • Camphor and Ghee

Mixing a camphor ball with ghee and massage it. It reduces the pain and is very effective.

  • Cinnamon Powder with Honey

Mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder with two or three teaspoons of honey. Apply it on your head and then wash it with water. You can also take this mixture two to three times a day, it will stop the migraine pain.

  • Holy Basil

Take 10 fresh leaves of Holy basil and mash them well on a clean surface. With clean hands, squeeze the mashed leaves and take 4 drops in each nostril. This will provide good relief in migraine pain.
