Other than this, it also helps in improving the blood circulation in head thus, reducing the problems of anxiety & stress and strengthening the nervous system.

Nasya

This is a cleansing therapy wherein the Ayurvedic medication is done through the nostrils. The therapy involves pouring in oils infused with herbs through one nostril, massaging the nose a little from outside and letting it flow out from the other. The lubrication and gentle massage of the nostrils help in relieving stress and in toning down tensions. The procedure holds in the balancing formula for all the aggravated doshas and is thus effective in getting rid of scalp and hair problems.

Shirodhara

Shirodhara is a gentle yet continuous stream of warm, medicated oil that gets poured on the forehead for a stipulated period of time. The pressure of oil saturates the scalp and penetrates deep into the nervous system. This rejuvenates dry hair follicles and provides a sense of peace and calm to the nervous system.

Shirolepa

This is an advanced ayurvedic therapy wherein herbal paste as prescribed by Ayurvedic experts is applied on the head to bring balance to doshas. It is good for a complete nourishment of the human mind and body.
