Ayurveda strongly believes that you are what you eat. Therefore, eat food that relaxes you and helps fight those stress-generating free radicals. Fresh and seasonal fruits, leafy vegetables, and lightly-cooked food and whole grains could be very helpful to repair your tired body and mind.

When you take deep breaths, inhale in such a way that you can feel the air go right to your abdomen. Maintain a comfortable pace and a steady rhythm. Do this for at least for 5 minutes or until you feel relaxed.
