Add 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds to 1/3 cup of boiling water and let it sit for 3- 4 hours. Mash to form a paste.
Start by applying the paste on clean skin, allow it to dry and then apply a second layer.
Repeat this till the mask is 4 layers thick.
Wash it off once the mask is completely dry. Repeat every week.
Start by soaking 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds in water overnight.
