First of all, you have to mix sesame oil in almond oil. Take two spoons of Jiva Medicated Til Oil and mix 2 spoons of almond oil in it and massage your hair for 15 minutes with the help of your finger tips. After massage, you should put towel soaked in hot water on your hair and let it stay for half an hour. After half an hour, wash your hair with any mild shampoo.
The second method is to mix fenugreek seeds in sesame oil. Take 1 tablespoons of Jiva Medicated Til Oil and mix 1/2 teaspoons of fenugreek seed powder in it and keep it in a glass container. Then pour hot water in a large vessel and keep this oil in the container. With this, the oil will become lukewarm. Now massage this oil with fingertips on your hair. After this, keep the towels in hot water, squeeze water and then keep it for 30 minutes on your hair and then shampoo your hair.
The third treatment is sesame oil and coconut oil.For this, you have to take two spoons of sesame oil and take two spoons of coconut oil and mix it. Apply it in the roots of your hair and then massage for 15 minutes. Then wash your hair with mild shampoo after 30 minutes.
