Overcome stress of winning through Ayurveda

Who doesn’t want to be a winner? While the whole world is busy talking about how to win, no one seems to lay emphasis on what comes with every win. When we pursue a dream and wish to be a winner at all times, our mind is always agitated and pressurized by the demands and constraints we put on ourselves.

So what do we do?

Winning comes with proper planning and execution. Mindlessly running after something is bound to cause stress & anxiety. Here are few ways to manage your stress and anxiety better with Ayurveda:

  • Yoga is the key to maintain a fine balance between the mind and body. Doing gentle breathing exercises in the morning and few minutes of meditation any time during the day can bring in a lot of positivity and turn all fears into hope.

  • Lifestyle and routine are two key factors in causing stress. One should stick to a healthy routine with timely sleeping and waking-up habits, eating nutritious food, avoiding drugs and alcohol and staying happy.

  • Sattvic foods like almond, honey, green vegetables, fruits, nuts and yogurt are good for mind-body bliss.

  • Natural herbs like brahmi and bhringraj help in detoxifying the body, regulating hormones and improving blood circulation. This generates positivity and induces a sense of calm.

  • Staying in the present without worrying about the future or grieving about the past is also essential in reducing stress.

  • Preparing for an Olympiad, exam or a state-level sports competition demands a lot of hard work and perseverance for which the child needs to be mentally prepared and physically fit. Jiva BalOjas can build immunity and boost performance. If the child is free from diseases and infections, he/she is bound to be a winner.

  • Stress at work can be beaten through Jiva Stress Free Tablets or Sleep-Well tablets.

Remember harmony between the mind and body is key to all good things in life.
