Gallstones are hardened deposits of digestive fluids in the gallbladder. Some asanas that can help are mentioned
Gallstones are hardened digestive fluids that are formed due to kapha and pitta imbalance
Vajrasana, or the thunderbolt pose, is beneficial for stomach-related disorders
Excessive pitta creates the basis for stone formation. An imbalanced kapha mixes with pitta and facilitates the formation of a sticky substance. Vata then dries the mixture, which results in the formation of gallstones. Apart from maintaining a healthy diet, the following asanas help too.
