For this, Ayurveda has a ton of measures ranging from home remedies, exercises, marma massage points, and our focus today, herbs.

Here are some of the herbs recommended by Ayurveda for breast health:

Aloe vera

Excellent at cleansing, nourishing, cooling and strengthening the female channels of the body, a daily breast massage with fresh gel obtained from within the leaves is a must. Its cooling properties make it the best for people with a dominant vata.

Anantamul

The breasts are mainly made of the meda dhatu (fat) and rasa dhatu (lymph). Hence, it is important to keep them healthy. A half teaspoon of Anantamul in a cup of warm milk keeps the flow of lymph healthy all through the reproductive and urinary tracts.

Shatavari

The best herb for sexual health, Shatavari helps build, nourish and lubricate the breast tissue. While it is effective for everyone, vata dominants benefit the most by it. Add it to warm milk for best results, or try the Jiva Shatavari Tablets.
