Herbs like sage, thyme and rosemary have been proved to be effective in treating hair loss. Thyme & Rosemary Tonic is well-known for its utility in hair problems. Apply the tonic on the scalp and the strands, and wrap a hot water towel for 15-20 minutes. It is extremely useful to prevent premature graying, loss of lustre and thinning of hair that leads to breaking off the strands. It is also good to treat hair loss or alopecia and to promote hair growth.
Amla or the Indian Gooseberry is an excellent tonic to prevent premature graying and loss of hair. Massaging the Amla hair oil at least thrice a week is highly beneficial. Or you can soak a few pieces of amla in 100ml of water overnight and use the water to rinse your hair.
Add curry leaves to your regular diet. Curry leaves are very beneficial in treating premature graying, as it adds strength and vitality to hair. Add five curry leaves to coconut oil and boil it, apply this oil regularly to have healthy and thick hair.
