While drinking 8 glasses of water is the best way to stay hydrated, you may end up rushing to toilet every second hour. So, simply drinking water all day long might not be a suitable way. Here are the better alternatives:

Drink fruit juices, buttermilk, coconut water, lemonade, and other hydrating and refreshing fluids that provide our body with water, and taste bud with varying tastes.

Eat watery fruits and vegetables:

Watermelons, cucumber, cantaloupe, pomegranate, cauliflower, and spinach are rich in water, antioxidants, and nutrients that make these perfect for skin care.

Use hydrating moisturizers:

Both in summers and winters, one should keep his body moisturized with hydrating moisturizers. A perfect mixture of milk cream, castor oil, and rosewater, when massaged on the skin, is good for dry skin.
