How To Have These Herbs

  • Mix ½ tsp of Shatavari powder and ½ tsp of Ashwagandha powder with 1 ½ tsp of honey.

  • Mix it well until it forms a thick paste.

  • Take this paste twice a day – one tbsp after breakfast and one after post lunch.

  • Follow with half glass warm water.
