Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • ½ cup suji (Semolina flour)

  • 8 oz coconut milk

  • 2-4 tbsp honey

  • A pinch of salt

Method

  • Place the milk in a saucepan and allow it to simmer till it starts bubbling. Then slowly stir in the suji and the salt, preferably using a whisk to prevent lumps.

  • Allow it to simmer till it thickens and then take it off the heat.

  • Add the honey, serve and enjoy!

Add it to your dinner party menu, or just enjoy as a dessert when you’re craving something sweet. But one thing’s for sure, this recipe is so good, you won’t be able to stop eating it!
