Managing Diabetes with Ayurveda

Diabetes is one disease that affects you physically as well as mentally. The moment you do a random sugar test and find blood sugar levels in excess of 300, you start to panic. One of the main reasons for diabetes is obesity. Controlling your weight is very important. Simple exercises like walking and jogging can keep your weight under control. Yoga is a great way to reduce stress and stimulate the body into producing natural insulin. Your lifestyle is very important. Reduce your intake of alcohol and cigarettes. They can bring you more harm than good.
