Premature ejaculation is a condition that is typified by uncontrolled ejaculation either before penetration or very shortly after it. The ejaculation happens against the wishes of the person, with little or no stimulation whatsoever. It can leave both partners feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. Doctors believe that this condition is on the rise and there could be many reasons for this. Let’s examine some of them.
The common causes for premature ejaculation are
Stress and tension
Engaging in sex at too young an age
Excessive indulgence in masturbation and oral sex
Having foods that have a hot constitution
Drinking, smoking, and having tobacco
Increase in the body’s heat for any reason
All the above reasons cause the nerves and muscles in the penis to become weak, making it difficult to hold in the semen. Also, there is a dip in the quality of the seminal fluid being produced, which eventually leads to premature ejaculation.
The amount of pressure we’re subject to on a day-to-day basis or any other emotional upheaval can lead to premature ejaculation. Those suffering from diabetes might also experience this problem.
Here are some ways in which you can prevent premature ejaculation
Maintain the virtue of celibacy when unmarried
Abstain from eating spicy food
Find an effective way to manage stress in your life
Stop using drugs
Cut back on the amount of tea, coffee, and alcohol you consume
Consult the doctor at the earliest
Having nutmeg (jaiphal) mixed in milk can stop premature ejaculation.
Drinking milk with Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) can also help.
Soak 4-5 almonds overnight. The next morning, remove their skin, crush them and have them mixed with milk.
Having white butter and rock sugar (mishri) regularly is beneficial for premature ejaculation.
Avoid eating raw onions since it can worsen the condition.
Ginger is great for improving blood circulation. Having it regularly ensures blood flows to the sexual organ, thereby reducing premature ejaculation.
Having dried dates with ghee also helps.
Have 10 grams of fresh amla (gooseberry) mixed with 50 grams of honey to boost the quality of semen being produced.
Practice yoga and pranayama regularly.
Sleeping late and getting up late in the morning
Fantasizing too much about women and sex
