Obesity is considered a lifestyle because it is a product of, among other things, poor lifestyle decisions. You need to make changes to your routine and follow a lifestyle that doesn’t just facilitate weight loss, but also helps you stay slim through life.
Begin your day with a glass of lukewarm water mixed with 1 tsp honey and the juice of ½ a lemon. Follow this up with a bowl of fresh fruits.
