Two Herbals Waters to Dissolve Ama & Fight Toxin Buildup In the Body

Ama are toxins that are stored by the body when the food we eat isn’t digested properly. Here are two yummy drinks that can reduce the production of ama in the body and also flush them out. Sip up and say bye bye to toxin build up.

Basil and Mint Water

Ingredients

  • 3 leaves of tulsi (holy basil)

  • 3 leaves of pudina (mint)

  • ¼ tsp jeera (cumin)

  • 1 elaichi (clove)

  • ¼ tsp dhaniya (coriander)

Method

  • Add the above ingredients to a glass of chilled water.

  • Garnish it with some crushed ice and mint leaves and enjoy!

Ginger and Fennel Water

Ingredients

  • 1-2 adrak (ginger) slices

  • ¼ tsp jeera (cumin)

  • ¼ tsp saunf (fennel)

  • 2 kaali mirch (peppercorns)

  • 2 leaves of pudina (mint)

Method

  • Combine the ingredients in a glass and add chilled water.

  • Garnish with a slice of ginger and sip for ama reducing goodness.
