Take a medium sized pan and heat 1 tbsp. ghee in it.
Add a pinch of Hing and ½ tsp. rai (mustard seeds).
Wait till the mustard seeds start to pop and then add ½ green chilies (de-seeded) and ½ tsp. crushed ginger.
Then add ½ cup of fresh organic corn and sauté for a min or two.
Next up, add 1 cup of coconut milk to the mix and bring it to boil.
After one boil, lower the flame and let it simmer for about 8 min or until the corn is cooked.
