Why You Should Eat Almonds Everyday

We all know that almond is a very nutritious dry fruit. It is a healthy option for diseases like constipation, anaemia, coughs, diabetes, brain disorders, impotence and many more. This taste rich fruit contains a lot of nutritional elements like magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, Vitamin E, Phosphorus, Niacin etc.

Improves Brain Health Condition:

Almond contains two important nutrients L-Cartinine and Riboflavin which are a vital nutrient for brain. These elements are good for sharp memory and intellectual growth. Almond is very good for growing children and can be taken in the morning.

Maintains Cholesterol Level:

Almond is responsible for the rise of HDL (High-density Lipoprteins) and reduction of LDL (Low-density Lipoproteins) in our body. Reduction of LDL enhances the good cholesterol level in our body.

Skin Care:

Almond is extremely good for our skin. You can either consume it directly or use almond oil for skin massage. It also helps in reducing blemishes and enhances clear complexion.
