5 Tips for Smooth and Soft Heels

Have you ever felt bad and embarrassed because of your dry and cracked heel? Well, we do understand your problem and suggest you to follow some easy and natural ways to get soft and beautiful heel.

Clean your heel and use a moisturizer

Soak your feet in warm water for at-least 15 minutes and then scrub your feet or use pumice stone to remove dead cells of your feet. Then, you can wash and apply Jiva massage oil to prevent it from dryness.

Apply lemon juice

Lemon juice is very useful and effective for a dry feet. It helps in reducing the dead cells and helps keep the feet clean and healthy.

Massage your feel with olive oil

Well, olive oil is very good for your skin. We suggest you to apply olive oil on your feet and massage it for 10-15 minutes. This will help in moisturizing your skin and keep it healthy.

Use socks

If you have a badly cracked heel, then use the above remedies and wear socks while going to bed. Socks will prevent further dryness of your heel and will make it more smooth and comfortable.

Beeswax with Coconut/Sesame oil

A Beeswax treatment is a quick and most effective relief treatment for people with bad heels. You can melt the wax and mix it with coconut/sesame oil and then apply on your feet. This treatment will definitely help you in reducing the cracked heels.
