3 Problems, 3 Home Remedies: Ayurvedic Tips to Keep You Urinary Tract Healthy

Dribbling Urine

Solution:

Soak a spoonful of dhaniya (coriander) seeds overnight. In the morning, remove the seeds and drink the infused water for a clean and healthy urinary tract.

Frequent Urination

Have you ever felt like you need to relieve yourself a lot more than those around you do? Frequent urination is a common problem, one that can have an effect on your life.

Solution:

For a week, start your morning by drinking water infused with reetha (soapnuts). All you need to do to obtain this water is soak reetha in water overnight and drink the water in the morning.
