Quick and Easy Tips to Reduce Pigmentation using Natural Products

In today’s time, pigmentation is a major concern for every woman. This is a very common problem that occurs due to various reasons. We try various products to hide our pigmentation but many a times it’s of no use. Here, we have listed few quick and easy home remedies to reduce pigmentation from your skin.

Milk Cream and Almond: In one Tablespoon of milk cream add 6-8 almonds and make a thick paste. Apply this on your face before sleeping at night. Wash the face with lukewarm water in the morning.

Sandalwood Powder, Almond and Tomato Juice

Take one teaspoon of sandalwood powder, one teaspoon of tomato juice and two-three almonds, make paste and put it on the face. Wash the face after 30 minutes. You can also use Jiva Kesar Ubtan on your face to reduce blemishes and dark spot on your skin.

Gram Flour, Turmeric Powder and Lemon Juice

In one spoon of gram flour add half spoon turmeric powder and one teaspoon lemon juice, apply it on your face for 30 minutes and then wash it with cold water. Basil Leave and Lemon: Applying a teaspoon of basil leaves paste with lemon juice has great benefits for your skin.

Raw Milk and Turmeric Powder

Put a pinch of turmeric powder in a spoonful of raw milk and mix it, then take a cotton pad and apply it on your skin, leave it for 10 minutes and then wash it with cold water.

Orange Peel & Lemon Juice

Dry orange peel in sun for 3-4 days and grind into fine powder. Add 1 teaspoon of the peel powder with 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon honey. Apply this mixture on the face and wash after 20 minutes.

Apart from all these tips, you have to keep few things in mind. Keep yourself safe from the hot sunlight. Take 8-10 hours of proper sleep every day. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water every day. Always keep your stomach clean.
