Oil massage is a traditional therapy to get relief from any types of body pain. Whether you have muscle pain or joint pain, oil massage has always been the best Ayurvedic treatment for pain relief.
You can prepare this oil at home. For this you can choose the kind of oil you prefer like mustard, coconut or olive oil. Take 1 tablespoon of cayenne powder and heat it with 100ml oil. You should heat the oil for few minutes and then leave it for 15 minutes and then again heat the oil and repeat the process for 2-3 times. Then put in a jar and use it on the affected area.
This oil may have burning sensation and hence we suggest you not to use it on open wound, or sensitive parts.
This is the most effective remedy which is very commonly used in India. Take 3-4 garlic bud and heat it in mustard oil 3-5 minutes or until the garlic becomes brown. You can also add some cayenne pepper in it and apply on the painful area. This is one of the easiest massage oil recipes in ayurveda.

To prepare this oil take ¼ ounce of eucalyptus leaves and heat it in 1 bowl of olive oil. You should heat this oil on low flame for 6 hours and then it in a dark container. This oil has antibacterial and analgesic (pain relief) properties.
