Consider making the following changes to your diet to be free of headaches

  • Do not have pineapples, bananas, citrus fruits, plums, peas, raspberries, chocolates, yoghurt, and cheese.

  • Regular intake of milk and sweet food is avoided.

  • Having coconut water is highly recommended.

  • Light foods like vegetable juices, boiled vegetable cooked without oil, soups and also fruits like apples, grapes, pears, mangos, fruit juices should be consumed regularly.

  • Rice, salads, and buttermilk is recommended

  • Nuts can be consumed in small amounts.

In India, the Ayurveda medicinal system is based on herbs. The following herbal remedies can also help in reducing headaches.
