Dr Harshita Sharma is an Ayurvedic physician with a patient-centric approach focused on addressing the root cause of disease. Practising Ayurveda for over three years, she has effectively managed a wide range of chronic conditions related to the skin, digestive system, and musculoskeletal system, including Osteoarthritis and Joint Pain. Her areas of expertise also include the management of gynaecological conditions such as PCOD, along with diet- and lifestyle-related disorders. Dr Harshita completed her BAMS from CCS University, Meerut, and integrates classical Ayurvedic principles with practical lifestyle guidance to support long-term health and balance.
